Book an Appointment
Contact us and we’ll get back to you by email to answer any questions, or just book a scan online. You will then fill out consent forms to be filled out in order to proceed.

Telehealth Appointment
By phone we will briefly discuss your needs and health history. We will discuss the process and answer any questions and cover the risks and benefits.

Let’s Review
We’ll follow up by phone to go over your results and walk you through the findings. Depending on the results, we will discuss any plans and follow-up with your doctor as needed. Are you a provider? Just get the results sent straight to your email inbox.

Get Your Scan
We’ll email you a confirmation and next steps to head over to our preferred imaging scan facility. They will contact you for a screening questionnaire and other required paperwork.
